TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit cannot be refunded. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes. No eye make up !! 

No-Call/No-Show - All deposits will be FORFEITED and you will be charged for the full service scheduled.


Maintenance is required to ensure healthy lashes and great retention. You must schedule a touch up within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, your service is considered a NEW SET! No exceptions!


Please read reminder email for everything that you need to know prior to your appointment.

If you need to reschedule please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled service or your deposit will be forfeited. You will need to make a new deposit to be seen.

  • The amount you pay now is only a down payment.

  • The deposit is not refundable.

  • The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the course.

 

Lash trays can only can only be exchanged if ordered incorrectly. The trays must be unopened in the original packaging.
